These 1500V high speed ceramic fuses with square body are specially designed to protect applications such as rectifiers and various power semiconductors from 80 to 1400 amps. This series is available for different mounting forms as shown below. The fuses comply with the IEC 60269-4 and GB/T 13539.4 standards.

The fuse element of this series of fuses is made of silver with a purity of 99.99%. It is hermetically mounted in a housing made of ceramic with 95% Al₂O₃. The tube is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand, which serves
as an arc-extinguishing medium.
