At Zekering.com we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or our services, we offer you the opportunity to return products under the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, back. Only the costs for return shipping to our webshop are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Products must be returned unused (not installed), undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • Opened or used fuses cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

3. Exceptions

  • Products that are custom made or specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or defective items are eligible for exchange or full refund. Contact us within 7 days if a product arrives defective or damaged.
